HealthTalent's RNs will be on our payroll and we simply bill you a flat hourly rate. No payroll taxes, withholding, tax reports, etc. The HealthTalent RN will simply fax in a time sheet to us with the appropriate supervisor's signature from your facility for approval.
2. How does the candidate interview process work?
After you have received and reviewed an applicant's profile contact information will be given to a representative of your facility for the purpose of conducting a phone interview.
3. What do we do if we wish to direct hire a candidate?
We do have a sliding scale recruitment fee that decreases based on the number of assignments a nurse has completed at your facility.
4. What candidate qualifications do you require?
We require one year (1) overall experience and two years (2) minimum in any listed specialty as well as the following:
HealthTalent carries its own Professional Liability Insurance. All facilities are also expected to carry their own Professional Liability Insurance.
6. Who provides workers compensation?
HealthTalent has Worker's Compensation Insurance in all states on all of its employees.
7. How much do you charge for your services?
Rates vary depending on location and associated housing expense. Our rates are typically all-inclusive.

- Successful Completion of a 5 panel Urine Drug Screen
- National Background Clearance
- Current Skills Checklist
- Specialty Specific Testing
- Pharmacology Test
- Two Current Professional References
- Previous Employment History
- OSHA Training and Review Yearly
- Health Clearance Yearly
- Hepatitis B Series or Declination
- Negative TB Test Results or CXR Within 1 Year
- Tetanus Documentation
- Varicella Vaccination or Hx
- Rubella Immunization or Titer
