Jai has been the President, International Services since 2003. He has a strong background in outsourced services, has worked extensively in the international and markets, and brings a record of entrepreneurial success and management expertise to the company. A pioneer of the Indian IT Services Industry, Jai was the Founder and CEO of Technecall, Inc an offshore call center company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with its operations center in Mumbai, India, and he was the Managing Director at Usha Electronics, an Indian telecom solutions company. Lana joined the organization in March 2007. She brings a strong background in nursing and nursing administration from the acute care facilities. She has 23 years in the nursing profession. Lana currently holds a BSN and is working on her Masters in Nursing Administration. Lana’s nursing career has led her into leadership, management and educational roles, along with critical care, emergency and post-operative units, flight and disaster nursing. She is a native of Colorado enjoying the change of seasons and being near her family and friends.
